Can I order a sample?
Yes - please use the 'Free Sample Request' button from the menu bar at the top of this page.

How do I place an order?
Please contact me first to check my availability, obtain a quote and for me to advise the deposit required to secure an order.

I'm not sure of the exact numbers of invitations I need - can I still place an order?
Yes - I will take a £25 deposit to secure your production slot and you can advise numbers at a later date.

I am not sure of the exact colours I will be having - can I still place an order?
Yes - I will still be able to take a deposit to secure your production slot and you can advise colours at a later date.

Do you make matching venue stationery?
Yes, I make venue stationery to match all my designs. Please contact me or visit my Facebook page to see photographs of matching stationery.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes - there is a minimum quantity of 10 invitations.

Will my invitations be personalised?
Yes, your invitations will be personalised with your chosen wording and fonts. I will send you wording examples and a choice of available fonts to help you. I will send proofs of your wording for you to check and change if required, prior to sending to print.

Can you print my guests' names inside the invitations?
Yes, for a one off charge of £10 per order.

Can I order extra invitations at a later date?
Yes of course, that isn't a problem.

I like a couple of designs - can I combine elements from both?
I will try my best to combine designs wherever possible. (Please note this may increase cost in some instances.)

Where do you deliver to?
I deliver to UK only via courier.

Do you have a shop?
No, I don't have shop, but I do work from a small studio in my garden, where you can view my designs in person (by appointment only) Appointments can be made by completing the form on the Contact page to advise which days / times etc you would prefer and I will advise available appointment times / by using the 'Book Now' button on my Facebook page (where I keep an up to date diary) / by emailing sam@cardsbysamantha.co.uk / by telephoning 07887732359.

Where else can I see your work?
I often exhibit at local wedding fairs - please see separate page to see list of fairs which is updated throughout the year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposits
A deposit is payable at the time of ordering and is non refundable. 

Order Cancellations
If your order has not gone into production, you may cancel your order (deposit will not be refunded). If your order has already gone into production, you will be charged the full value of your order.

Delivery
A delivery charge will be added to the final cost of your order. You may pick up your order in person to avoid shipping charges if preferred.

Pricing
I reserve the right to change prices without notice. All quotes are valid for 30 days.

Proofs
Following your proof approval. any requested amendments may incur an extra charge.
